With the hustle and bustle of work (and limited PTO days), sometimes it’s hard to get back home for Thanksgiving… especially with Christmas following only a month after.

Two road trips over the river and through the woods is difficult, no matter how many TV screens you have in your SUV. Only so much Baby Einstein and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can be watched before kids decide they are done with this driving on the highway thing.

Kids aside, some us have to work long hours over the holidays and can’t make it back home. That’s ok. One of the absolute best things to do is have Friendsgiving.
